So, after 2 years, the Countermeasure Intervention Compensation Program, or CICP as it is known, claims that despite sending them my daughter’s vaccination card we found at the bottom of her purse AND all the records from the doctor’s visit listing the Covid Vaccine on her chart, There is insufficient evidence that Trista ever received the injection. Yes, I’m serious.
They claim that the handwriting on the card is illegible and the date is unreadable making the document invalid.
I’ve included a copy of it below. you be the judge.
Now, we did find it at the bottom of her purse. It WAS crumpled quite a bit. BUT it clearly says 7-20-?2. We have given them the insurance billing records to prove the date is 7-20-2022.
Additionally, several medical professionals have reviewed the document and agree that the scribble above the fn2908 is “Pfizer”. Also, FN2908 coincides with a REAL batch, delivered to the Oklahoma region (and others) that VAERS has 12 reports of associated death.
The far right written field is “FMA” for Family Medical Associates, the practice Trista visited on that day.
Unfortunately, FMA was purchased by ST Francis Health Care Systems in 2022 and transitioned in late 2022 and claim numerous records regarding my daughter’s treatment have been “lost”. Which is why we have had to resort to sending them insurance billing records. Despite being told by “Phyllis” at the HHS’s CICP office that its a waste of time to upload this information.
This woman actually told me on the phone to not bother uploading the evidence that my daughter got the injection as it “wasn’t what they are looking for”.

And looks like we are, once again, in another holding pattern. I’ll update when we know more.
